What ph should solution be at when adding bloom boosters high in potassium

Just wondering on thoughts about the best ph when adding potassium solutions to soil. I'm thinking about terpinator in particular. It is mostly potassium. The diy stuff is only potassium. This will raise soil ph. Especially when used every feeding. My theory would be to ph the solution down to 6 so the upward drift doesnt go above 7. Does this make sense or am I missing something.

Soil as in dirt? Or in peat mixes? If in actual soil you don’t need to adjust the pH.
