It's obviously flowering....looks like some kind of stress or deficiency though based oh how the fan leaves look. Check out the new guide on diagnosing plant troubles/problems. Also, more info would be nice, regarding what nutes you've used (if any)...maybe temps (looks maybe like heat stress in 1 of those pics)...
