I really don't think it's a over fertilization. When your plants burn, they start at the tip of the leaf. Like this picture. These tend to start on the outer leaf sides and works it's way in like a deficiency.. correct me if I'm wrong. We water less and turned the humidity to 80%, showing improvment.... Pure coco is very difficult to over water. Coco mixed with perlite is damn near impossible to over water. Even when fully saturated there is more than enough oxygen present in the root mass. Unless you plopped a garden hose in each pot and just left them running I think it unlikely that they were over watered. I'd never say anything certain about a grow I haven't laid eyes on personally, but again, it seems unlikely.
one thing is you cut the fan blades in half there drying out the whole plant also if your leaching the nitrogen out and fertilizeing rule in growing in the most common 2 mistakes over fertilizeing and over watering i read this somewhere years ago, i did to but i learned from my mistakes its not hard to grow you just got to know what your doing i read books my first indoor grow book author George Cervantes with the Grow bulb on it, i read the orginal one and other grow book thats how i strarted my reading about indoor growing i grew a little before i read and if i offened anyone i applogise
are you talking about the yellowing in the tips of the leaves? i get that all the time in coco when my plants are nutrient deficient
its a nutrient deficiency not a over fertilization but who knows im ditching coco and moving onto rockwool next grow.You might want to look up the symptoms of russet/hemp mite. See if anything looks familiar

Make sure your fan isn't directly one them and that they aren't blowing real hard wind burn can't look like other things
