Actually I have no trouble with most states. But I have had a lot of trouble with at least half of them. New Mexico being the worst. I've never had any trouble getting seed into AZ. Never.

I haven’t had any issues mailing seeds to NM. If I suspect possible issues I stealth mail them. Even to frigging Texas.
