You can't do a SOG in that size space with one light. So that's out.

SCROG's are decent, but for a first grow I would just focus on keeping them happy and healthy and grow them straight up.

To answer you questions re: what a scrog is....http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=SCROG

It can be difficult to manage, makes trimming more difficult and will help to promote mold if airflow is poor. For your very first grow I think it's best to just grow'em. Play around with all of the techniques after you've done a straight up grow so you can determine if you see improvements when trying certain things out.

I still like to use "straight up" as my main growing technique. Infortunately sometimes plants get unruly and will need to be topped or supercropped to keep height down or to adjust some "timing" between my two grow rooms, but I like big ass cola's and they just don't happen if you SCROG, Top, LST, or pretty much anything else that can be done. My yields are slightly lower when I avoid the techniques, but my enjoyment of growing is WAY up when I grow them straight up.

Supercropping is pretty straightforward. If it's your first time you might be able to handle LST a little better than supercropping. It's just hard on the grower if you've never done it. Haha, hard to get that pinch and twist and do it to your highest tops. Just bending them down and around is a good basic technique that yields strong results without stressing the plant.

lol you were the one suggesting the methods and as soon as one is suggested you ask what is it. Why don't you begin with just asking what are these three grow methods before attempting one. the easiest for now would be to continue growing the plants and get a grow under your belt. you will figure out yourself what works best in YOUR space with your conditions (light, temps, humidity levels) somehow you have gotten this far and that is great don't go looking for tricks without reading a bit about them first. Good luck

forgot to mention the reason to just get to the finish line is no two grows are the same anyway and sometimes you will get that perfect baseball bat sized cola and nothing else matters after that and its just growing without being topped or fimmed I am sure you will get a good harvest then just look into what could have been better. We are all still learning and looking for ways to improve that end result. Again good luck and let us know what you go with and how its going so others can benefit if they have similar setup

Do LST, it's easy and works. Keep tying down the tallest shoots on the plant. You will get a really bushy plant with lots of tops.
Only my opinion

If it didn't break off completely they'll be fine in 24-48 hours. Just don't mess with them, they will build up strength and be just fine.
