Want a cfl to grow a mother so which is best 130w 14000k or 250w 6400k to grow mother in 1600mm x 1200mm cupboard

There are far more effective lighting choices than CFL. They put out a terrible spectrum, more heat and less light that than LED.
Why CFL? 14000k is a bit off. If you do want to go CFL for some bizarre reason, go 6500k or 4000k.

130w CFL should be fine in that space.

I'm just wondering why you think using a CFL is bizarre. Ive got HPS, CMH, LED and fluorescent. CFL is awesome in smaller places especially when a little heat is wanted.

130w of heat is 130w of heat. A 130w led will cool more efficiently due to the larger surface area.
I think it's bizarre as they lack intensity and spectrum for said power draw. It's pretty simple.

and yet i chose to clone, early veg and mother with CFL...I did make a couple of LED lights to replace it but went back to the CFL.
Guess its all experience and what works for you.
I wouldn't call it Bizarre people have been using CFL for decades to grow with.
