What size CFL would I need?

I have three plants vegging under 1000w HPS right now and will need to flower them soon. My plan is to cut 2 or 3 clones from each and then send them into flower. I need a light I can use for the cloning process and then veg under so that I can use the 1000w for flowering. I plan to get better lighting in a month or so but I got less than $100 to spend on something to get this started. I saw this on ebay and know that the cheapeset thing you find is usually not adequate but here it is anyway and if it isnt good enough can someone help me find one that would be for my price range the cheaper the better.
