What size of pots do YOU use indoors?

I generally use four 12 liter square pots, in a 1 meter squared tent (2m high).
Medium: Soil, or Coco with perlite (always hand watered though).
Under 480 Watts of QB, I pull 530g

A well-known member of this community always used to say any more than 1 gallon pots and you are just wasting soil, until he did a side by side in one two and three gallon pots,, he now uses at least 3 gallon pots no smaller

I mean I've had 4 ft trees in solo cups before. Just have to water alot more is all.

I’m using the 4 gallon fabric pots this time thought I’d give them a try. Used 3 gal black plastic for years. The fabric pots seem to have adequate drainage so far so good.

It depends on what I'm aiming at, mostly I've gone with 10,12,15 litre pots. If I'm doing 9 plants per meter square I use 10 or 12 litre or 120x120 I use 12/15 litre I find most plants top out at 4 foot max in 10/12l a touch taller a d bigger in 15l . So 2.5 gallon to 3.5 gallon , short veg period on either of these, 2/3 weeks in 10/12, 4 weeks in 15l tops !

So based on this thread I'm feeling like 1 month wont be long enough to veg out a 3 week old seedling properly in a 10 Gallon. Any oldtimers/pros care to share?? Cause I think I should have transplanted twice going from seedling to 10 gallon.

I'm on my 2nd grow, so very new to this. though a lot of research (OCD) and good patience (I don't smoke).
My first grow yield 9 oz. dried and another ounce in trim and larf. 270w from wall LED.
If you are using clones from a second tent and vegged them while flower is ending you could , I guess do a cure every 12 weeks or so.
again, I'm doing my second grow in life.
