Here is a good youtube video put out by canna coco that gives a lot of good information on Coco and how it is produced. All of the good Coco Producers Soak their coco husks in fresh water for 6 months. The cheap coco soaks it in sea water. Canna has good coco but there are other brands just as good. I NEVER buy the pressed brick coco. I ALWAYS buy the loose coco.
Coco is so easy to grow in I am training a Monkey right now to take over my crops for me. You can water you plants 5 times a day and they will not stress over it. You do have to flush them about every 10-14 days unless you make sure to have a 25-35% run off when watering each time. I just water until run off starts, then about every 10 days I give them a good flush to wash out the salts.
