Hey i just got my seeds (NL x Shiva) not to long ago from attitude seed bank. I don't want to rush into this because i want to do it right the first time. i was planning on using fox farms ocean forest for the whole grow starting with the seedling. Some one told me that the nutes would be too strong for a seedling and thats why i ask what soil should i use? i was planning on using Fox Farms OF and ading nutes about 3-4 weeks in (the trio pack of FF) was that person wrong? and do you suggest mixing? like 75% FF 25% perlite?

THANKS

i like to pot seedings & clones that are going to be "living" in soil with Fox Farms Light Warrior.
a little 9-16oz cup is perfect fr the seedling/clone to grow without risk of overfertilizing the youngins.
once the seedling/clone is seemingly outgrown its cup, i then transplant into (at least) 1g container.... i like to mix OCEAN FOREST & LIGHT WARRIOR at a 2:1 (2 parts OF to 1 part LW).

relax on the not seeing loads of replies dude... its only been a half hour since you first posted. EASY.....

you can use anything but try to use a soil that is pritty ground up and fluffy no large clumps or anything so you can have good roots

whats the best soil to use for a pc grow case?

doesn't really matter weather its a pc case or not. if your not using much i would go with 15% perlite 85% Fox Farms Light warrior. i would do the same but the bags of the light warrior are small and im gonna be using more soil.

I use ProMix organic and get the results I want, Fox Farms is supposed to be good stuff but I don't want to spend that much money on soil personally. If you want to save some money try and get some ProMix. If you want to use fox farms then go ahead, it certainly isn't going to hurt anything.

Sounds like you are getting good advice so you might just want to stick with what your buddy is telling you.
