What stage is my plant in?

This is what i use as a rough guideline to plant stages in order to tailor my feeding.

Veg stages:

from seed/clone through the first week = seedling
week 1-2 = early veg
weeks 2+ = full veg

Flip to 12/12, or flowering outdoor( for most 8 week strains):

week 1-2 = transition/ early flower
week 2-5 = mid flower ( add in extra weeks for longer flowering varieties)
week 5-7 = late flower
week 8 = end of flower

Clone it? There are no branches to clone.

Repot, give it some better light and wait till it bushes out to clone it.

first step in slowing the stretch is to re-pot it the roots are probably getting bound up in that little pot and making the plant think it's in a tight spot and has to compete with other plants for light so wants to stretch above them, this will give you thin stems that don't carry much food from the ground to the leaves
getting them under a proper light instead of just a window sill will make a huge difference, even a 23w CFL
you could do your first top now and get some side stems pushing out, that cutting can be a clone, but that topping will cause it to stretch a little more

that's funny to think a 23 watt CFL would exceed sunshine...I'm sorry to say but that's dead wrong info

2014 Indoor sunshine grow - this little one grown in soil...100% sunshine in a window sill, with about 6 hours a direct sunshine/dayPA200004.JPG

this one grown in a hempy bucket (perlite/vermiculite & soil cap) 100% sunshine grow in the same window sill

this dwarf was supplemented with four 23 watt bulbs whenever the sun was not available.
my thoughts was the CFL's helped during veg mode but didn't do much during flower mode

I'm new to growing and I was curious about what stage my plant is currently in. I believe it's an indica but I'm not 100% sure. Any help is appreciated

It's in the vegetative stage like others said. And like others said, re pot it into a deep pot. As in put a small amount of soil in the bottom of a bucket and set that in there then cover it up with soil. Bury as much of that stem as possible and roots will grow out of it. You will be left with a shorter plant to deal with. Make sure the bucket has drain holes.

@ISK true, nothing will beat good old full spectrum, but look at that shaded window sill (I suspect it's north facing) 23w cfl would be better than that, BTW nice grow
