what strain has a no anxiety effect ????

My wife hasn't been able to toke for the last 10 years. It happened when our first child was born. She doesn't normally have anxiety, but when she tokes she gets real bad reefer induced panic attacks. Are there any strains that will help this problem. Thanks VK

i use white widow for my PTSD and it works really well for me but if she gets anxiety from smoking she shouldn't be doing it. let her try vaporizing

i've had some luck with anxiety with some WW crosses - there may be something to WW and its crosses for anxiety

You should stay away from the heady-heady sativas... like reallly long flowering ones..


Check out some Maui Wowie.. thats one of my favorite strains to calm the nerves... gives a great full body high that resembles the feelings of being laid out on the beach.. Warm skin, relaxed breathing, relaxed mind... everything at ease.

anything blueberry or blueberry crossed is extremely soothing and good medicinally, so i am sure its not anxiety causing. strawberry cough also has the same effect but its extremely strong. there is a strain out there called satori that helps with pain and eases social anxiety, but i forgot who breeds it.

I would think a fast budding indica , maby a lowrider strain for fast bud and let it bud till its trichs are mostly amber ... generally this will help make it more a body ( relaxing ) buzz . Fast budding so she doesn't have to wait as long : )

I asked this same question a while back. The answer I got was chocolope. From dna genetics. I ordered a 13 pack of these and they are about 3 weeks from finishing. The thing about this strain is that it says it will cause a crazy anxiety trip on the packaging. I still have not tried it but am looking forward to it.
