Somewhat the opposite; I can hardly ever go to sleep without smoking, so a nice indica to put me to sleep is my favorite. I love sativa highs, the energizing mood but mostly I smoke to relieve back pain.

Until recently,I have mostly smoked bag weed, and mids at that, which are mostly indica. I would also like to know people's opinion on a great sativa, since I have never tried one.

for an energetic effect i really enjoy trainwreck and haze dom. hybrids. for a less racy but still sativa dom. effect AK is near perfect. I've also heard from a lot of people that cindy 99 and flo also have that up/motivational effect, but unfortunately i've never tried them :0( also, i personally wouldn't recommend white widow for an "up" effect... although its mostly sativa (60%) genetically, the high seems more indica-like to me (sleepy, dreamy, spaced out effect, w/ a strong increase in appetite)

I like Blue Dream... totally relieves my anxiety and keeps me feeling good all day! Initial uplifting high that is a bit overpowering, but lasts all day long and is a great sativa!

Day time: God's Gift. The God's Gift I tried gave me the clearest high I've ever had.
Night time: SFV Kush. It's amaaaaazing. I am hoping the Purple Kush I'm growing now will trump it, though. We'll see ;)

pretty standard uplifter that most people can reference is super silver haze. I rec pineapple express (g13 labs), blue dream (blueberry x haze) for uplifting with style. basically you want high thc levels and low cbds. check attitude out

Jack Herer, Super Silver Haze, basically the same genetics, both are up, clear, and the JACK can be even racy. I'm a sativa lover, and my Jack, and Jack crosses are my favs for daytime smokes.

I agree with the Super Silver Haze very uplifting doesnt make me all drowsy leaves a nice clean high. I also recently got some g-13 silver haze mix or g-13haze and it was very good clean high and good pain relief as a medical user.
