Why do you guys waste your time with these useles systems designed to grow 6 inch tall oregano plants, this is a hydroponics forum not a kitchen herb growing competition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! buy a bubbleponics system for a fraction of the prics and a 4 bulb t5 and your in business for less than some little fucking toy!!!!!!!!!!:hump:

To answer your question dank, here is a homemade aeroponic garden that cost about $40 a unit to make.

the plants on the right were clones 7 weeks ago.

aero grows fast as f.

I believe he is reffering to the garbage-system ppl purchase at Bed Bath and Beyond--(Beyond doesn't extend to the grow room)

There several hundred dollars......

The only person I know successfully employing the aerogarden is a Radiologist friend of mine who is a helluva good cook---you should try the Pizza Margarita from his brick-oven topped with fresh basil from his Aerogarden. Friggin great....you would think you were in Naples

that's exactly what it is, a starter unit for people to learn with. i got mine used for a fraction of the price, and when i move and have more room, i will construct my own with knowledge gained from using the AG. not everyone has a whole room to grow with. it's great for a few plants for personal smoke, and the plants def. get over 6 inches tall. and why do you need a plant to be tall to be good? they have dwarfs now that will give an ounce each and don't get over a foot and a half tall. i'm sorry us "aerogardeners" aren't up to par with your grow methods. i guess that makes us queers, right? let's see the journals of you all mighty grow-gods that hate the AG so much. mine is working great and i will continue to use it for small, EASILY concealable grows. if you're talking abotu growing to sell, then go somewhere else and i hope you get caught. thank you very much

Right on brother! What make the difference what they buy? It ain't my money they're spending and like it has been said, it's a good starter for beginners! I thought this site was to learn how to grow and not bitch at ppl. who ain't up to the standards of big time growers!

great little cloning machine, ill tell you what! i got it as a present and have not only successfully harvested out of it, but i now use it as a cloning machine along with my main system, ( a home built dwc with much more powerful lights and room for roots).
i honestly have to say its a cool little device that will continue to give me fucking awesome clones in the months to come.

i beg to differ, the areo garden provides packaging and materials tha could be burned to help keep your grow and room warm. the burning plastic smell goes away after a few weeks,


these are one of those units that will be at big lots very soon

AG's arent a bad thing. they grow fast and are very compact. i think its a perfect way to learn how to grow hydroponics if the grower isn't concerned about his/her yield.

after my 1st harvest in the DWC i'll probibly buy a AG just for a cloner and possibly grow buds right on my living room table with it haha.

I bought my AG originally for food but have since converted it to my seed starter and plant cloner. It works fine and everything gets moved to my DWC after week two. Nothing wrong with an AG, or people who use them. I've even seen some threads with people growing some Autoflowers pretty well in their AG's. Don't be so quick to judge what you don't understand. Some people like to grow weed different ways cause its fun and a hobby as much as a means to smoke. Please keep swearing at other users to a minimum Dankwise...lets be courteous and learn on the forums....not try to make others feel stupid.
