I got to thinking about the vinyl issue from your spray, I suspect it’s something to do with the surfactant that used to make the liquid more wet. Not that it matters at this point.
I actually knew that thread, forgot about his work though. Funny enough he’s talking about the same stuff I am and that there is a spectral deficiency occurring. I’m just not into figuring it out, I’m not in an experimentation phase of growing right now, I want to work with the genetics themselves not fuck up the epigenetics. I’m going to swap out half of the led for cmh watts. I really think that you’re onto something with the raw photon density of the leds but since they lack the ir and uv dropping a couple eye hortilux in there and keep the logic pucks for photon pumping might just be the elixir. I’m sure that it will stop the weird metabolism changes either way which is what I want. Currently I use my induction light for veg, and it is an amazing source for vegetation but transition to LED makes a beautiful plant into a piece of shit! I really think that that transition actually has part of the problem for me. I was thinking about it I use the LED for veg for my first run under the LEDs, which may have been why they did better they didn’t have to make the transition.
So basically I have to invest in more light no matter what I do and since currently I’m working with older genetics that have never known LED light, so in terms of epigenetic‘s, it might make more sense to give them something closer to what they have lived under for so long.
A little flo, maybe it’s time to swap out my sativa preference too.... this flo is fantastic, sage has fond memories for me also!
