What the hello, why not...

It does seem even drier than usual if that’s possible. It’s crazy to think you can’t grow wheat in Kansas right now, when I think of it though, they don’t irrigate much in the plains so it would definitely affect what can be grown. It just seems weird, my moms side comes from Missouri/Iowa/Kansas and the family farms have always been productive. Haven’t always done well selling their grains but production was good.
I put 2 humidifiers in my flower room and it didn’t even change the hygrometer. I suppose I should try a fogger. I want to build a humidor for curing, I have an idea for an automated air valve to maintain the proper humidity. That’s my next goal for the shed, to get some strong environmental controls in there for temperature and humidity!

Yum yum alien og candy for sure!! Real nice cowboy does the og chem lean on the chem side? I have an og kush about a week from harvest, big conker leaves. First time growing straight up og with nothing mixed in.

It lands right in the middle, but the nose is chem predominantly but you can smell a whiff of pinesol in there. The smell is actually stronger than chem d! And I can rub my nose into both!
Most OGs carry that pine and skunk, it’s truly divine! That alien is weird, but welcome. Looked like a traditional og the whole time, in growth and bud formation but faster and light green. I actually had a cut that I was told was “the og” back in the day, I never knew for surebut it had fatter leaves and dark, shiny leaves like your saying and was not particularly high yield but was everything I still know about OGs, I mean as basis of comparison. Tahoe had lemon curd added taste and sfv more pinesol. Drool! So nice! The og, was like funky skunky, hard to describe but like stink weed and sweat! Foul odor, need a shower odor!

I'm thinking that Tryna might have used the same male 60's kush that he used with the sour og with the donkey dong that I used in my cross. Phenos were all over place but #14 is almost a carbon copy of the sour og 60"s in looks, taste and both white with frost. I researched his journal earlier this summer trying to nail down the genetics but there was no mention of it.

Sad to say none of the bbm came to fruitation and have been buried on the top of a couple pots. I keep checking them though lol never know stranger things have happened.

Man, I been nursing my chem d from reveg and she has been slow to turn around! Now she’s going tits up, or branchlets down. lol I’m sad though. I also got a replacement on the way. Also just picked up a WiFi 43 and wedding cake. Both breeder cuts!

Alien og getting final trim and into the jar

The glue is finishing fast, be a 9 weeks Monday ish. Ok I did a say calculator from the fist I have image of her in flower to today and it’s 62 days give a day or two maybe.

Alien og candy for sure! Man does that look mouth watering......everyone is just dripping frost foo!! Looks like you have your garden dialed in nicely brother.

The jars are full and improving, that alien is something else. I foresee it being around for a while. Really love some apple flavors, descent yield of hard popcorn crusted in trichs. Hits hard and doesn’t pin you to the couch. Puff, puff, pass....

Harvested gg today, 9.5 weeks ish. I haven’t fed her for about three weeks anticipating a 8-9 week finish but I let her go a bit farther to see because she keeps throwing pistils, but I also noticed pronounced deeper notes like chocolate/earth showing as I let it roll. Next run I’ll plan for 10 weeks, there’s plenty of amber for my taste at 9 but I like the deeper terps I’m getting. The dudes in the strainly thread said this cut of gg is likely an s1 or something as it has some differences structurally. I like the structure of the original glue compared to this. This thing is a floppy ass mess. The trimming may be less compared by picture though, and this thing dropped quite a bit of nug meat. Fat golf balls all the way down. Humidity is up right now so I can do a little more traditional dry down. I didn’t take pics before the chop, probably should have. Oh well I’ll get some as this goes on. Has some nice purple in the leaves and maybe a little flecks in the bud.
