What to do about high sodium levels in well water?

I had my well water tested a while back and my main concern is with my sodium levels. The measurement was 149.6 mg/L. Everything else seems fairly normal, maybe other then chloride levels which are 49.1 mg/L. Should I be worried? Would a reverse osmosis set up even help this? I am guessing these levels are due to build up of road salts in the water table due to living in a very northern area. Any input would be awesome! I can post the whole water test if anyone is interested or if that can give more insight. Thanks all!

Your right it does. Hmmm thats new to me.
Do you think using recycled soil that there is a build up in it from my water? If so is there a way to get rid of it? Thanks for the feedback!
Not sure. Only way i know to get excess salts out is to flush the soil. Wait for others on it but if you do youll need a light feed . Are you growing in it now? If so how are plants reacting?

I was wondering that too if its through a system in home or if he’s pulling straight from well itself

Has to be right from well ? If it passed for human consumption how could it hurt his soil /plants? If it failed and its to his sink hes got concern i guess but for him and his before plants

This is my drinking water also. Nothing failed per say on the water test it just is in the high range. Nothing tastes salty or anything like that, on the contrary my water tastes amazing and there is virtually nothing else it in but this.

I bought this place about 10 yrs ago and it had been recently converted to town water however it had a recent well that was just shut off literally have two pipes with valves zip tied like a locksafe lol. Everything else is gone. I’ve always used a pump to water garden and its great for water bans ive never had it tested as we dont consume it but my garden or outdoors never seem to mind it
