What to do after sprout?

Hi guys,
My question is, do any of you experienced growers know what to do after germination, once I see the seeds tails and I transplant the seed to a small pot do I cover up the small pot or do I get it under my grow light?

I'm attempting to grow an autoflowering strain indoors under a 400w lucagrow bulb in a cooltube, in my Mylar grow tent.

Any help appriciated

you should really do some research before putting your seed in the soil...but ya just drop the sprouted seed in the medium taproot facing down and cover lightly with dirt and stick it under your light and go to town

Has some good information. IMO would say throw up the light now.

i have a question maybe you guuys can help me i have a regular grow on the top of my plants it a flourescent grow light 510 lumens 15 watts its an 18" bulb. my plants have 9 days since sprouts.has yellow tips,and puple stem. the other has shriveled up textured leaves and yellow sots on the round leaves what is going on with them really dont know please help me.....only plants that survived.......

Hey bud, first I wouldn't jack another thread. Post yours' up as a new one. Secondly I believe the purple is either due to genetics or a phosphorus shortage which is due to cold or plain lack of phosphorus. The yellow circles aren't my specialty but it could be because of nute burn/light burn. Which I would doubt because the lack of lighting you currently have over it. BTW I would add more 6500k lights 15 watt isn't that much.
