ok that blows real hard im 20 years old and i live with my mom i guess im a dork i dont know but i was growing in the basement and my mom finds it shes not mad she really doesnt care that much she just thinks its too big of a risk to keep it... i really want to give me some reason why i should be able to... this is really weird that she didnt get mad at all but i like it:) shes afraid that if i get caught she will lose the house any ideas?

its gona take alot of convincing, you're pretty much asking her to put her neck on the line for you, if you are busted it's her that will be liable, if you lived alone then its your chance to defend yourself but to put that on your mum when she isn't pro weed is wrong

Just tell her first off there is no way you are going to get caught because you have tooken the proper saftey route/keeping your mouth shut etc. And 2nd off all tell her there are so many other LARGE scale operations that the govt are interested in, not your little hobby garden. There are lots of great reasons why to grow lol. Just tell her soon you both will be able to enjoy some of gods essentials.

thats pretty much what i told her and guess what it worked i she was really cool about she even opened up and told me that she use to smoke pot and told me what it was like for her.. interest mother son kind of get together!

You may want to google the MJ laws in your State, city, municipality, etc. In my town I can grow up to 4 plants and if I get caught it's a misdemeanor, basically the cops would destroy my plants and give me a $300 ticket. So big deal. There is a line that once crossed puts you in felony territory - don't cross that, maintain it's for personal use only and you may be fine...

My parents were always cool with shit like that! We're lucky I guess!!!

If you are growing in your mother's home, and there is a risk of her losing her home, get that plant the hell out of there! Do you have no respect for the effort expended by your mom to keep that roof over your head? Other than that, get yourself the hell out of there. You are old enough to fly ... so leave the nest. Time to grow up son.

The thing to consider is that people decide for themselves lines which they may or may not cross. If your mother is "cool" with it, it's because of her own convictions on the matter and certainly not based solely on the opinion of her 20 year old stoner gardener son :lol:

I tell you, my mom's position on me smoking changed a lot from when I was 16 to now that I'm 27. She's buggin me like 'When are you gonna make more of those special cookies you make???' actin' like she don't know what's in em...pshh lol Moms are funny.

next, find your state laws & make sure you stay small enough so you don't endanger her house. most if not all states wont take a parents house if an idiot kid pulls shit like this if the cops/judge believes the parents had no clue. so if you get caught, play the dumb kid! cry that mommy will kill you,NEVER admit she had any clue! don't tell your friends about the grow(stupid kidshit) and if your not smart enough to do that, DON"T tell them mom knows!!
