I'm putting poison and those creatures eat it regualry. still they destroyed two of my plants which were big and I thought they couldn't be harmed anymore. looks like rats can't resist these plants and I'd like to protect them before flowering starts.

is there anything we can do to stop rats?

Ohhhhhhhh....There was an old lady who swallowed a fly, I don't know why she swallowed the fly...Perhaps she'll die...

Apparently you should try a cat...Glad you didn't have a horse eating your plants, I don't think anything came after the horse.

rat traps!!
like extra big mouse traps...

but a glob of peanut butter and cheese on the thing and they cant resist

careful though those things can break your hand easily

If you cant get your hands on a pistol, you can get some pretty strong pellet guns. 600 fps should cut down a rat pretty easily.

a very close friend as this problem each year.. he takes is bedlington terrier with him and no more rats. also best cover in there is.
"how come youre so far into the wood(or on my private land)
" just taking the mut out and got lost or the f*****ing dog love to chase things and since its a terrier it never listens. hey saved him a few times

What kind of damage are they doing? I've never had trouble with rats, but other small woodland rodents seem to leave them alone once they get a little bigger. I would imagine the stalks and leaves on bigger plants start to turn woody at a certain point and aren't as appetizing.

The rat traps kill them off but check them every day, also go the pound and get a cat. Get an adult, first off you save the weed second off you will save the cats life.
