what to tell parents

so I'm going to get plant. I already have the place to put it but my parents want to know what kind of plant I'm getting. so you know anything I could tell to them.

if you can't tell them its pot then you shouldnt be growing it .... how would you feel if you got busted and they lost their house over your plant ??

If your parents dont want weed grown in their house dont do it. You need to wait till you grow up and move out.

double that , im only 18 and still live at home and have told my mother straight up I smoke but not at home EVER but im looking to move out soon anyway to get away from the nagging that comes with a parent and get on with real life of my own and start a personal supply , out of respect I wouldn't grow or smoke around my mother because if any close family friends/neighbors found out that puts a stigma on you and your family....if you cant trust people whether it be roommates or parents or whatever you shouldn't even try to do it around them in the first place

now its a totally different thing if mom or dad is like "Hey grow some pot for me" which would be VERY VERY WEIRD but that ISN'T your case

HA my dad just found my grow closet... honestly like 12 hours ago. I never thought I'd get busted but I did so just be careful. I recommend getting a dead-bolt for your door.

Why not grow some cherry tomatoes, see if you can take it all the way to harvest indoors, practice cloning with it. Develop some real botany skills so you have some experience when it comes time for you to be able to do it properly. I have seen alot of kids on here show off there seedlings in the little grow boxes they have rigged up in shoeboxes and speakers and shit but ya know what thread i have never seen? I have never seen a successful harvest thread by anyone trying to hide an indoor grow from there parents. Have you? I doubt it can be done with anything less then either the coolest or worst parents ever. Go look through the boards yourself and see if you can find one? Any grow that starts in a unwilling parents house is doomed to failure before it ever starts. Meanwhile my plan will have real benifits later on. You make the call.

hahaha right Barto. fact of the matter is kid, DON'T DO IT! if you weren't payin' attention or weren't at home one day and burned down the damn house how would you feel? bit extreme but these are things you should consider, especially if you don't have your own place. if your parents had knowledge of this plant and WERE ok with it and anyone found out, their assets would be seized. thanks to the Patriot and RICO acts by our wonderful government if a grower even TELLS another grower to water their garden then they can be jailed.

I grow in my dorm and it is easier because I live by myself.

You can say im on a high horse if you want or you can read my posts and simply tell im more than just some ignorant ass young kid who thinks "I know it all" and that smoking weed is the only thing I know, I just have higher personal morals and ethics for myself and have more of a thought process going through my head then probably 90% of people who are 17-19 , to sum it up I guess you could say im more cultured in the knowledge of life then most people my age.
