I'm sorry, but I fail to see how raising a 4 year old girl around a knife-wielding thug and a child molester is "good treatment."

I agree with another poster: choose the weed or the kid. Your situation makes it impossible to have both.

Make sure you stop smoking weed! Make sure she is doing some kind of drug, give her weed. Tell the court she is a drug addict. Take her to court, pay $500 dollars for a court ordered drug test. She will HAVE to take a test. If she tests positive, your daughter now belong's to you!

I did this and my ex tested positive for marijuana and I won both my girls.

If your ex does not do drugs, shoot her up with heroine and drop her off somewhere in public that does not have cameras. The police will pick her up and you will win your daughter back. Women play dirty and use all kinds of games and tactics. It's time for men to do the same!
