Posted in general but got no response... What are folks using after a grow to clean their flood trays?I need something to sterilize/clean the tray - which had started getting a case of green mold towards the very end... I'd considered using bleach but don't know if it'll leave behind a harmful film...

I would go with the super H202 over the bleach. Bleach can leave a foul taste and is not food comsumption grade as the H202 is. So now say they use bleach but since bleach ,unless purchased at a commercial food supply chain, is not consumable and can burn your lungs would you really want it in your plants your going to smoke?

Check with ur nutes before you start adding h202 to your res. It will kill good things along with bad things.

In my case, this isn't active use (i.e. the warning about adding to rez)... It's cleanup/prep for eventual use in the next go...

After each cycle i plug the drain and fill the tray about enough to fill the channels with water, then
i break out dawn dish soap and a scrub brush the type with a long handle. Then scrub! Once its all
clean i unplug the drain and wash out all the soap. Once all is rinsed out i start scrubing the res where
all the soap water drained to! Once thats done i drop a trash pump and pump it dry. Any leftover soap
i suck up with a shop vac. Takes 20min and looks brand new!

Heh heh heh heh. That's funny.

I clean my flood trays with water and a scrubby pad. If I need to disinfect I use a light bleach solution and rinse well.
