What type potentiometer for MW HLG-320H-C1400B dimming?

Hello, I suspect my current potentiometer is a bit dodgy so I want to replace with a more expensive one - I currently have a 100K ohm pot, are there any other specs I need to check? thanks

That's right. With pins facing down, far right is white and middle is blue.
If you wanna be certain you're getting max output, throw a 10K resistor on the blue wire.
