That is terrible. Hoping life has blessed you with numerous beautiful experiences and opportunities since pal.
It's just my sick humour, sorry.

I was rather indulged, as a child and I'm having Xmas dinner, tomorrow, with my 70 year old Dad and 69 year old Mam.
Sorry if I put you on a downer....

All Brits would have known it was a joke....

NoE has a point, i'm not too far from Yorkshire and that's the sort of humour one would expect to find around these parts.

I don't remember really doing the whole christmas thing much and though not a toy, my best gift was a tool set of around 40 parts, some new some from my grandpa's workshop when I was about 11. Been building stuff ever since!

best gift i had ever received was a brand new fishing rod and reel. I still use it to this day and hopefully many more fishing days to come.

not sure where it came from....I don't think I've had a train set since I was a kid....I'm 42 now, but your post with that train has sparked my interest in that hobby...

I just checked ebay for Lionel trains...I see they are not cheap, lol.

I remember back when we lived in Puerto Rico.. it was pretty hard to get the normal run of the mill US toys.. but my folks got us this GI Joe ATV thing.. same year we got stretch armstrong and the green monster..

damn thing was fun.. we had a stream that was close to our house (had tetra's (fish) in it.. ) we would take all the GI joe crap there, making dams outta the stream.. ohh to be a kid again

Their vision line rocks, love the old steam engines...only they cost a mint. This one retails for over $1,800 US.

And their advanced remote system is an extra 400...yikes!

anything Barbie. I loved BBarbie. I was once given a Barbie Playhouse with handmade wooden victorian furniture red velvet on it.
