I am actually not sure - I lost track of her but I don't think you're far off I'm thinking maybe 3-3 1/2 weeks now

it doesnt matter. Harvest when shes ready, not when you reach a certain number of days/weeks.

Hey bud, welcome to RIU. My best advise is ignore the whole what week am I in bit. That is for marketing and sales folks, the plants never read the breeder packs and work on their own schedule. You are in early bud/bud forming stage. Next comes fattening up and finally ripening. Follow the plant and throw out the calendar, it will make life less stressful when the plant ignores what the breeder says.

I don't know why it started flowering so late being outdoors. At this rate it's like November++ before she is ready lol

Considering the plant size and lack of budsites on that plant......it makes it difficult to tell age accurately.
The plant looks like it was grown under inadequate light or it was started way too late in the season.
