what will happen if i cut buds of my plant?

what happens when u cut buds off before harvest.

i have wondered that myself...i have a hypothesis....it will slow growth for a few days....it may kill it.....(buds wont be as good)...it will revert back to vegetative state....or it may flower more buds....so if ne one with actual knowledge please answer cuz i would love to know

well i have chopped top buds off before to let the bottom buds get bigger, but never chopped them all off, i would think that new bud growth would start

you will have less weed come harvest time.

whenever you chop parts off your plants you risk putting them into shock to some degree. once shocked a plant usually takes several days to resume pre-shock growth rates. that being said i often harvest my plants in sections the tops are ready first so i remove them then the light reaches the previously covered bottom buds allowing them to ripen up and get a little bigger than they otherwise would have.

why pay for weeed when you can pick off your plant, its free and still better that what i buy off the street i normally pick the smaller buds and dry it out on the 400w hps light still smokes good, it makes do while im waiting for mine to dry and be ready for harvest. it doesnt do anything to the plant you wil just end up with less
