What will i need to legally grow medical cannabis in New York State.

I have a few questions to anyone who can give me creditable information.

Medical cannabis will be legal for medical purposes in New York around the end of 2014.

When it becomes legal in NYS i want to have any credentials i need to put legal plants in the ground on that day.

-Do i need anything legal wise such as certificates or classes to cultivate medical cannabis with intention to sell to a hospital or dispensary?

-Do i need any legal certificates to cultivate hemp for products?

They are just allowing hospitals to dispense

you're gonna need a debilitating disorder lol

You will first need to secede from Nanny York State

Then write your own constitution and have the people of your new state aprove it

But then again that would not be in NY anymore

basically no details have been hammered out yet. Cuomo is expected to make the announcement during his state of the state address today.

no home grows allowed for NY medical patients

According to the executive order by Cuomo today, patients will be able to access medical cannabis with a doctor's recommendation, but they won't be able to grow the herb themselves and importing strains from out-of-state remains illegal. According to Reuters, patients likely won't even have much of a choice in the pot they are given.
