What would be causing this??

Two of my 4 plants exhibit this

I've never seen this before and it only shows on 2 leaves on each plant.

Any ideas??

Those leaves were missing some nutrients and have healed like that. If they are not doing it anymore then you have corrected it at some point whether it was lack of nutrients/micro's or a lock out. I would keep watching.

Calcium?

You mean to tell me they went from perfectly nice bright green to hay colored with rusty blotches and dried up tips curling down from healing?????

A leaf will not heal itself. Once there is damage to a leaf that leaf will never look as good as a new Leaf. If a leaf happens to get rust spots on it, that we will never look as good as a new healthy leaf. Normally the bottom of the plant will be what shows deficiencies first. You need to watch the new growth to see if you have corrected your deficiency.
I would water with some cal/mag and cull the bad leaves.

The new growth looks fine on all plants. And the shitty leaves just started showing. I'll monitor the progress and go from there.

No insects. And the leaf issue is spreading now. Starts of with leaf tips curling down, leaf edges going bright then brown and then it looks like on the pic shortly after.
Something is either missing or way too much. I'm at a loss but will up calmag next watering. Or even mix up a little and dump it in

Another case of toxic salts buildup. Nutes + minerals in the water have overloaded the leaves with salts and they are burning up. The leaves will gradually go all rusty and dry up and progress until the little bud leaves are affected. A good flush will slow and maybe halt the progression but there's more coming.

OK, that's good. I would tend to agree with oldmeduser, give it a flush to release anything in the soil and then go back to your flower nutes.
