What would be the best setup....? For all this shit

Okay so i am going to start a new grow in under a month. I am tryin to carefully plan everything.
Here are the specs
2 - 105 watt 6200 lumens a piece.
4 - 150 watt 2300 lumens a piece.
4 - 60 watt 800 lumens a piece.
4 - 60 watt 600 lumens a piece.

Thats a total of 1,290 watts give or take....
and 27,200 lumens give or take...
The closet is 4 feet tall give or take......
about 3 1/2 by 2 feet...
And the lights are cool white and bright white combo, ill be swapping the daylight ones with cool white flowering bulbs during the flower stage.
What would the best setup be, any ideas? my one before worked ok but just wondering if there is a best setup for cfl's and such. tired of moving lights and such....and about how many plants do you think i can get in the closet, with a good yield apiece....???
Im growing in soil and strains are bb cheese, white widow, orange bud, bleu berries, amnesia , afghan kush some haze and etc...

not a expert but make sure u have a intake fan or2close to the bottom as possible. then you may want to get an walmount fan so the fresh air from the intakes can move around your room.

thanks allcity...should of said something about the fans...I have two one that brings fresh air in and one that circulates it.... I have everything i need for a good setup just cant quite think of the best...

you will always have to move lights..... and if your setup worked ok, go with it again. there is no specific setup for cfl's, or any light for that matter, whatever works with your situation.

Thanks orecal...i expect a great yeild from this one..I have also a seeding room that i plan on cross breeding some great strains..with my cheese females...
