What would someone pay for this stealth dressor cabinet?

Alright, i think i reached my apex design.. I have designed a grow box incorporated into a dressor to where all drawers are functional. The grow chamber is 8 inches deep, 30 inches wide and 29 inches high and packs a 250w hps. To trap the light im using 4 2" Pvc for exaust and 4 for intake, and a 120mm thermaltake silent cat comp fan for ventilation. Since its 8 inches deep, ( as small as i could possibly make it while fitting the 250 wer in it, the drawers have the odd space to slide into. The secret is that the drawers fold up on a curved track, the drawers hinged into three sections, curving up into a scorpian style. The drawers wont have there full length so there will be corner braces screwed to the sides to stop them at a safe distance to where you cant see beyond the bottom of the drawer. After some experimentation, you shouldnt beable to notice the cloths in the drawer creep up with the track if its layered with 2 articles of clothing...

SO the thermaltake fan will allow this thing to be absolutly silent in dead room ambience. The ballast will be plumber taped inside, to a far side of the cabinet as well as the timer, and 12v adapter.

Its designed to hold 4 10.5 inch high plants, in a kind of stadium stile where the 2 outer plants have 13'' tall pots and recive light from the sides (middle) while the two bottom plants with 5.5" tall pots, from the top. Easily capable of pulling 4 zips...

So i want to market this beast on craigslist and im trying to think of a fair price, but its allot of time and tinkering so i want to make decent money. I did the math and its going to cost 350-400 to make..

What would you pay for this thing? I was thinking 700 is a good number but what do you think? Can i get more considering the sheer beauty of concept and possibility? I am not in a legal state btw..

Ill post this bitch hopefully in a week or so on grow cab designs in case your curious..

Honestly i wouldnt even pay 400 for somethig like that. For such a tiny operation anyone could just use an old chest of drawers or refridgerator box ect.

Mounting the ballast inside is going to make heat a real issue. Not trying to be a dick just being honest.

Ok... Hmm well.. That cabinet has 3 low watt cfls, mine has a 150 watt HPS.... Yeah probably most who are serious about it will make there own. But This cabinet is TRULY stealth, the dressor is fully functional, fully stealth. Your not going to find that online... So i mean it has the WOW factor doesnt it? OK so i did the math and itd cost about 350 to make. I suppose i could cut the price down considering the reality that there selling such cabinets online for cheap.. But still im pretty positive nothing quite like this... So i could maye charge 450...

How about 450?

wow just read the $700 part. LOL no. dude just no. google stealth cabs and see how much they sell for when they are professionally built.

people all have the same idea and can produce them better for half the cost.

If its a "fully functioning" dresser as you said I could see it, but I don't see a functioning dresser working

This whole post is a waste of time . First off non air cooled it will be way too fucking hot for a 250w hps to have room for veg stretch and full flower . Plus this a prototype and you're trying to go commercial and sell them ? No offense man but judging your grammar and spelling I'm guessing you're young with just big dreams . But you obviously have a lot of learning to do. This plan is a crash and burn , might as well spend between 5-700 at htgsupply and get a full grow kit with tent . May be mediocre quality but then again everything I use is top of the line . All I'm saying is cost wise there's no profit or a lot of potential for growing in this box you speak of. Not trying to be too harsh

Feel me? Heres basically how the drawer functions... Bent L braces will hold the dawer sections vertical so they dont fold over..

It would ofcourse be necessary to keep cloaths (spelling eludes me) in the 2 drawers at all times to hide the hinges and block the view to the back as the back wall will be about 3 inches high... Also l braces will be mounted to the side of the drawer to stop the dawer at a safe distance to where you cant see the back of the drawer since in anycase the drawer will be 2-5 inches shorter than normal, so as the 2 bottoms dawers 'get stuck on the fucked up track'.

If you have the time and money go for it, if nothing else it will be a good learning experience. I use a 600watt cool tube in a 35 gallon Rubbermaid setup, 20" deep. I have 2 rows of plants. At 9" it would do nice. Again I could see it....good luck to ya, hope you make it. Keep us updated
