i wouldn't do anything that results in somebody going to jail. Don't wish it on your worst enemy. I'd just move my grow and then tell him come over and watch a movie, toke up, etc. But the film is him stealing. Then I'd tell him I want my shit back and to stay the fuck away from me or else he's leaving you no choice. But thats if you can move the grow. Space isn't easy to come by.

I think the plan is to move everything to a safe house, confront him, Obviously find a new house, (which as you know if you're a renter is hard to find a landlord you know will never comeover, and good land with privacy and all the shit we need) tell him he owes $$, and if he doesn't pay then go to the police with him for B & E, if he wants to tell them what he saw, or took- there will be no proof and he will have admitted right there that he was in the house.... It doesn't matter what for. Where we are pot is decrim, and anything under 1.25oz is a civil violation, and there will be nothing more than that if/when he calls. I don't really know what his reaction could be, but this shit could go a hundred different ways. I'm guessing he will get scared and call the police, but every precaution is being taken. However this is handled, Looking back in the future and wishing something else had been done isn't an option. However, I somehow feel that any physical violence would only do harm, so that, for now is out of the question.

yea, enough of the tough guy shit, go online and buy some of those cheap fake security cameras with a red blinking light, he won't even know they are not real, that should be enough to keep him away, talking to him man to man would probably work but you never know with crazy neighbors, risking jail time and your ass virginity just isn't in my things to do list in my life

I read in this thread some where the land lord gave the neighbor a key?? Why? now I'm wondering if legally that implies that the owner of the property gave the neighbor the right to come on the property, I know he still can't just come in the house and rip you off. But does the guy having a key make any difference if this were to go to court? Just wondering? p.s. Glad I own my own house, fuck the neighbors!!!

My exact thought, except the talking. Or I'd call/stop by a camera shop and see if they had any trash. Hell, you could probably make one with a box and graphics printed off the internet!
If he doesn't care about the camera's, then you must consider other things.
If he does, you're good?
