That was my experience. App was free, but opening up certain reading was a charge. Not much though. Don’t recall the fee exactly. What do you mean I got to pay for ppfd readings? I can't just use the app?

I'm using a ppfd meter that is free. Has good reviews 4.8 starsThat was my experience. App was free, but opening up certain reading was a charge. Not much though. Don’t recall the fee exactly.
Further away than 16 inches? I just gave them water so that may be why they look like that. Pots were getting light and soil felt pretty dry. Mabe could have gone a day or so, but don't think it should be an issue. I water lightly for like 5 minutes lightly. Try to get off that excess nutes that comes with happy frog. I realized I don't need to add nutes until wayyy later on. I was adding nutes when they needed flushed. So now I give a little extra water. They look ok, a bit over watered to my eyes. I found watering tricky with autos when you start them in their final containers, but once they get going they should take off. Try letting them dry out a little more than you are before your next watering. Water slowly and methodically, and at this point don't water close to base of the plant at all. Water further out to encourage those roots to spread. Consider setting up a SIP
I'd start some sort of LST at this point.
In veg i prefer my lights further away than that to encourage stretching.
