Are they still stretching or they slowing down? You may have some leaf tips starting to turn down some. Don't panic, second opinions are required!

Would you guys recommend removing all bottom growth bud sites or leaving them.
Next run I would lollipop them. Hard to get light down the canopy to those popcorn buds. They don't yeild much and take energy away from the big colas. For this run it's too late. Just let em ride.

i don't "defoliate" but i do practice judicious pruning. leaves are solar panels, and your plants needs them, but if they're overlapping each other, blocking light from reaching lower growth, and restricting airflow, then it's ok to remove a few. the ones laying right on top of other ones are obvious, and ones that grow towards the center of the plant can usually go. i also remove the smallest 25% or so of the popcorn and let the rest grow to go in the hash bucket.
try to do it over the course of a week or so, it seems to be less stressful to do a little each day for a few days than to take it all at once, less chance of causing any nanners to pop up

Yep, looks like a solid pound to me....

and yes, MH spectrum does make a difference the first couple weeks of flowering. It has been shown with clones many times over the years.

it has a bluer spectrum than hps, which promotes shorter internodal length, but a lot of other factors apply as well, the genetics of the plant, the available nutrient supply, and the type of light you vegged under will all make a significant difference
