8 weeks in flowering and 5 cfl, 3 - 23w and 2 - 65w and i dont know what strain it is. i got the seed out of what suppose to be some strawberry short cake
 
Looks like maybe the plant tried to reveg at some point, it could be a 11-12 week strain but I think strawberry shortcake isn't. Make sure you have no light leaks at all during the dark period. Keep going awhile it looks like something stunted the growth or reverted.
 
Just a suggestion, finish this grow. It will be what it be.
Ditch the CFLs and get something better for future grows.
