Whats a good but not expensive fertilizer?

Im planning on buying a different type of fertilizer since i have 8-7-6 household plant type and heard it wont cut it. soo can anyone give me suggestions on what i should get? It would be better if its available on amazon if not then thats ok too.

For veg a high N... so a high 1st number under 10 is good..2-3 #'s lower/same..
an 8-4-6 sort...etc

and for flower opposite low N,.higher last two.. 8-13-14 sort.. a basic nute is good till you get $

So i can use my house plant fert temporaryily right? Also my potting soil will last a couple months or something like that i have to read the package.

Dont use soil with fertilizer already in it, like Miracle Grow or some shit. It will cause neut burn and other problems. Use an organic soil or sterilized potting soil. Pro Mix is awesome and it can be found at almost any nursery.

nah man ima use the house plant fert when my potting soil is kinda runnning out of build in ferts. my potting soil is Scotts. It has been good for my other plants (not pot plants). but i will sooner or later get a better fertilizer. and what will my plant do when it doesnt have enough fertilizer/food?

You said it right there. It was good for your other plants but you haven't tried it with "pot". If the soil has time released fertilizer in it then it will burn your plants, especially young plants. Ask around if you dont believe me.
