Whats a good temp/humidity range?

I just need to know so I can get my space in the correct range.. I think my temps are high, and maybe my humidity is normal.. but let me know, any help is great..!!!

for veg stage humidty should be 50+, and for flowering it should be under 50, temp for both should be from 70-80 degrees F

Which brings me to my next question... How do you get the humidity up??? without raising the temp...
