hermaphrodite, when the female plant puts out male flowers, or a male plant puts out female flowers.

this is undesirable. the bane of breeding.

Can anyone clear up to me, why its so undesirable? I mean I assume its because the plant can pollinate itself? Is it possible to just cut off the male flowers? or will it be impossible to keep up...just cuious.

Uhhh if so, then yea i always though of it as a blessing to have both, becuz then youd have sum bud for harvesting and sum bud with seeds to plant new plants. I thought Hermie meant hermaphrodite, but everyone used it negatively so i though it was something else.:hump:

You could try to cut of the male sacks, but most people miss at least one and that will fuck up your whole crop. Not worth the risk imo. Yup, and hermie is hermaphrodite, you're right.

pollen sacks will form in places inside buds that you cant get to,,,, If you are trying to grow a good female plant it will be ruined or pollenated by the hermie. and what most people want is the stongest, seedless weed you can get, so why have a hermie when they wont be as potent due to the plant putting so much energy into seed production.....:peace:........

I thought I got all the pollen sacs but to my HORROR 16 females all seeded,, I will never do that again,,, DIE, DIE, DIE, MY DARLING.....:peace:.......

my body was there,, but my mind was doing all the drugs I could get my hands on,,, and thats ALOT in NYC,,,14th st. you could get any pill you want cheap,,, harlem was all the wet bags of angel dust you can smoke, not to mention all the H and C you could handle,,, and beleive me I can HANDLE....:peace:.....
