whats better ?

Is one big grow room with 8 to 10 600w hps' s better then the same size room split up into a veg and flowering parts, I know you could continuously be harvesting if it was split but if I just utalized the vegg spage and did 1 big grow at a time wouldent the end result be the same ?

Basically the same result, but your veg room would have to accommodate more plants or larger plants if you're just cycling them all over. I'd perhaps recommend a 2 month veg period in that instance, so as soon as you cycle plants into your flowering tent, have plants ready to begin their veg cycle, and then veg them until flower room is cleared out, and have at it. You may want to look into LST and cropping, as 2 months of vertical growth may exceed your grow room height.

I was thinking of doing rdwc 4 plants per light, and only veg maby 2 weeks. I figured more plants = less vegg. But I dont know i havent grown hydro yet. But idk, also, im already looking for a lil chunk of land close to me to throw 2 sheds on, 1 is being built just for growing iv been looking at 10x15 sheds

No, because if you run a perpetual style op with a constant input from your veg, you'll get a lot more crops per year.

Also, the plants are physically smaller in veg and thus take up less room.

u have to make a choice
photo plants or auto flowering plants ........that will answer the ? for u

photo plants u need 2 rooms growth 18/6 flowering 12/12
auto plants u are good in one room on 20/4

photo plants are cheap and u can do mothers/clones
auto plants u need to buy a seed for each plant

photo plants are 150 days plus (seed to smoke)....clones reduce this by 14/21 days
auto plants are at most 120 avg 70-80 days (seed to smoke)

photo plants are able to do pounds
auto plants are able to do pound ( some are pounds but u need spot on feeding skills and hydro is a must)

photo plants to always be pulling in u need 2 rooms with staggered plantings times
auto plants u only need to stagger the planting times for steady harvest

I honestly recommend scouting out your own mother plants, the more stuff you bring from outside into your room the higher the risk of problems. I have yet to receive clean clones from anyone even trusted individuals. Over time people slip up and you gotta do your due dilligence to keep on top of stuff before it hits that low.

Definitely, only ppl that will know about my grow is me and my wife.

For personal only? ..whatever is easiest for YOU. Production? Split it in two rooms, run them on cycles. Something like - Week one: Start one room by seed or vegging clones and start a couple mothers. Week 2-4: veg time. Week 4: switch first room to flower, mover mothers to second room. Week 7: take clones from mothers. Week 8-12 veg clones. Week 13 cut flower room, hang to dry in flower room 3-5 days. Scrub clean flower room. Week 14 move mother back to first room, switch second room to flower, Adjust as needed, rinse,repeat.
