i personally hate it, ive smoked one of those, never again, but my friend that rolled it said that it keeps it from taking a shit in your mouth and you can smoke it all with no left overs, i personally like the roaches, its good for a rainy day when u got nothin

Well i've only ever rolled joints with roaches/filters. Some of my American friends (I live in Switzerland) always rolled without and I just didn't like that shit because

a) the tip gets all soggy and disgusting
b) shit keeps getting into your mouth.
c) the joint just isn't as "solid", if that makes sense.


Blunts of course are another story...
 
you just gotta have practice rolling and you can roll joints where that doesn't happen, then again different weed rolls differently so i see the point behind it, but i think with a little practice theres no need for it

so are you saying that the purpose is to keep the weed from falling out/sticking to your tongue?
 
yeah thats the main reason, or so theres no nasty tasting left overs, some people waste their roaches by throwing them away and i guess it also helps with that, i wish they would give it to me, real potheads smoke that shit
 
Or in my case, real potheads grow organic and can smoke a joint until there's nothing left without the "roach" tasting like shit :weed:
 
not if you don't want to get busted, i just started growing not long ago, till then when we ran out we smoked roaches or god forbid if connects were dry for a couple of days we scraped our pipes and smoked some nasty ass resin, shit makes roaches taste like heaven

dont you get sort of a burnt paper tast at the end, not like rolling papers...well youre not an idiot you know what im trying to say
 
LOL I know what you're saying.

I'll tell you what: I'm gonna roll and smoke one until the roach, then show you how I avoid that problem with some visual aid ;)
