I made smothered burritos tonight. Smothered in chili rojo. Delicioso! I pressured the pinto beans last night and made the dough for the tortillas. All I had to do was roll them out and cook them on the griddle. Easy peasy. I made a huge pot of red chili last week and froze it in plastic containers. That way I can just defrost what I need. Dessert was a caramel flan and the beverage was Horchata. I love that shit.

Three cheese grilled sandwiches on raisin bread and homemade tomato soup. I made a yeast dough and built cinnamon rolls out of it. The house smells delicious.

everything sounds good but the tomato soup.i love tomatos but not the soup lol.my mom would make me sit till it was gone and you cant feed the dog soup lol.

Lol.......Thanksgiving dinner came early:
Deepfried turkey breast w/gravy
Dressing/stuffing....like momma taught me!
Mashed potatoes
Green beans w/bacon&onion....have to have greens
Sweet potatoes w/marshmellows&pecans
Cranberry sauce
Mixed greens salad/thousand island
Sweet tea/wine/Bud light..............................this was last night, tonight was the leftovers................y'all can stop drooling now...lolololol
