T-bone steak and veggies. Not a big fan of T-bones. But my Petunias are doing awesome. There's a creepy face in the closest bell pepper on the plate.

We both be grillin!

Guy I work with showed me where wild asparagus grows today. Got a nice handful. Going to give it a couple days and hit that spot again before the seasons over. Tonight was glazed salmon, wild asparagus, peppers n onions on my piece o shite Weber I adopted. Still works i guess.

Shared it with the dog, like always.

On a side note to ninjabowler, habanero jack cheese exists! I'm on my second block in two weeks:eyesmoke:

I had a winners dinner. Organic tricolour Scooby doo pasta shapes :-) back in the kitchen at night, so gotta keep my energy up. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. Crackling and overnight roasted shoulder of pork. Maybe a Yorkshire pudding with sticky toffee sauce to finish it off :-)

guys n gals looks like i got gout. no more high protein, low carb. no more alcohol or at least beer. if i want to continue exercising i have to quit. you cannot understand how gutted i am. i live on nice beer and red meat. i could cry. i'm only 30 ffs.

all yall's food on this page looks killer! grills n n thrills i even like the idea of sunni's boiled and baked pasta.

guess my whole diet and way of life has to change again. so if anyone got any tips, give me a holler.

one more lemon for the pile to make lemonade bro! hoping with diet change i can still enjoy the odd steak and drink of gin but i fear my beloved beer swilling days are done. just when i got into craft lovely IPA's. which are usually strong by %.

from what i'm reading the oily fish which are normally the omega 3 'good' fish are actually bad for it  i'm going to be pissed if i have to turn veggie. life choice like sunni, i've no problem with, but being dictated diet wise for a food lover like me is sad times.

thanks NB ;)

ima put it out there that im a huge foodie my whole life revolves around delicious foods. Ive worked in the fancy 5 star restaurants pretty much my entire career , i used to LOVE steak and ceaser salad. and Guinness stout beer.Im a italian our meals consisted of deli meats, fresh bread and good cheese.. but sometimes the bad of those things out weights the good. I dont regret my choice, im just finding a whole new world of world exploration that i never knew about before. Nothing is restricted aside from the obvious but there are crazy new products things ive never even herd of. its a new world of diet and food choices which really inspires my inner foodie.

i'm going to embrace it. i have no choice. there are meds to relieve the symptoms but ultimately diet control will prevent so i'm reading. it's not like i'll never be able to eat a steak again just not with the regularity i do now lol. more gutted about the beer. figured if i was burning it off i could eat what i like.

1st one, i like second not so much. there's a new food place opened across the way from my work which specialise in veggie and vegan friendly stuff. i'm thinking about propositioning them to feed me for a month and see how i get on with it. only thin is they are quite pricey.
