I didn't make that one , it was from the shops . chuck it in the oven and good to go (or throw !!!!!)
lol I have to agree.

I'm sure the picture doesn't do it justice....I hope

never been a big fan of tuna myself
I would much rather Salmon over Tuna any day .
I find Tuna dry , especially straight from the can . Fresh Tuna is abit differant .
I am never buying that again , EVA

They don't look to bad aw !!!!!!
They were good! Oh i forgot, there was bacon in them too. And they were cooked in bacon fat. The smell of the bacon and the ground beef cooking forced me to leave the room because my mouth was watering so much......kinda embarassing, im a savage :):):)

we made chocolate cupcakes.
our recipe
1 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
4 table spoon cocao powder
125g butter (1/4 lb)
1/2 tsp baking soda (bicarb)
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

mix bicarb into buttermilk in a small bowl, and add the vanilla essence.
Melt butter together with cocoa powder on a low temp then add the water when melted.
Sift sugar/flour/salt then add wt cocoa mix and the egg and mix well. I do this by hand, but you can do it in a machine.
Then add the buttermilk mix and again, fold in and get as much air into the mix as possible. Then simply bake for 20 mins at 180c (350-360f).

For icing I tend to wing it a bit, depends on how thick or creamy or choclatey you want the icing but you will need the following:
butter (about 50-60g) 3-4 heaped tablespoons of coca, 250-500g icing sugar (this is where you can thicken it, or not depending on your sweet tooth), vanilla essence, buttermilk. Melt butter, mix coca and icing sugar in seperate bowl, then add buitter and milk and beat well.

Yum yum....

Eet smakelijk!

Tomato sauce-a-cookin'.... Made with Roma tomatos!

Fresh Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, dried bay-leaves, a fine diced onion, and almost a whole head of garlic.

Gonna saute some chorizo, and do up some Spaghatini.... This is going to simmer for about 3-4 hours. Should be tasty! :D

Mmmnnnn, Smokies, love me some Arbroath Smokies, in fact most smoked fish is amazing.:)

And as for tom sauce, amazing. I have a few frozen tubs of tom sauce I made from my crop this year still in the freezer.

" Whats 4 dinner tonight........??" A pain in the ass, to be sure.........My guy wants cabbage rolls, and they are a lot of work, so..........I'm thinking of meeting him half way.

I have a cool trick, here........instead of ACTUALLY doing all the work, making cabbage rolls entails, I cut corners, sometimes, by mixing all the meatball mix, up........but I don't bother to wrap them in cabbage.

I make my sauce from scratch......tom sauce, bay leaves. and crushed , stewed tomatoes. Put the browned meatballs in , to simmer, and close to half way cooked , pt in the cabbage leaves you blanched, and cook to your liking.

(btw....always put g. pep. , onion, egg, rice/ breadcrmbs and salt and pepper , in ,meatball mix )

Its not as "pretty " when you serve it, but it tastes exactly the same as if you had put in the extra work, of wrapping the meatballs . Save the "" pretty " ones , when you have guests, use this way, for just the family, eating .

I serve , with mashed taters, and my man loves this dinner, and even my picky ass , son eats the meatballs.........." Stoner Cabbage rolls" , I call it !!!
