I did sleep in a bit this morning..... I crashed last night. I've been running irrigation this morning and just popped in.

I had fish for dinner last night.

I had a project up in orlando years ago and hired a crew of Hondurans to do the install (plants). It was a three week project and I got them two adjoining rooms with a kitchen suite. I was just down the hall. Then I took them out and bought 400 bucks worth of groceries.... they shopped, not me.
So the next morning I go knock on the door. they are up of course....but the SMELL!!! They cooked up a sh*t load of fish. I noticed the leftover fish was still sitting out from the night before.
"you should put that in the fridge".
"no, it will make the fridge stink." "oh...okay... ... whatever...let's go to work!"

So, two days later during a break, this one guy whips out some tinfoil from his pocket and starts to munching on...... the same fish! Still sitting out at room temps.
I was like... DUDE.... that is going to make you sick!

They all laughed at me...

I'm about 2 hours south of O town.... thankfully. I made a lot of $$$ in O town, but I can't stand that place personally.
