Bit garlic lemon and spinach creamy dressing. Faf on to make but they taste cracking.

Nice! I've just done in a chicken and lamb shawarma wrap. Im a walking garlic stench. Missus has just advised were away to meet folks in the battle cruiser... best not get too close.

i am sure your misses has a balanced diet. fuk me this lad at the Mrs work turned vegan and lost a whole load of weight and basically looked ill as.....he soon returned to the baconside.

Yeah I'm not vegan or even close but I've deffo lost weight eating more veg and less meat.
As for balance we do still eat a fuck ton of chocolate and cakes etc. They just don't have egg or milk in them. You'd be amazed at the amount of foodstuffs that have milk in. From crisps to oven chips. Oddly enough most bacon flavour crisps don't have milk in.

The coconut rice sounds great. I had a coconut stout draft beer on Valentines day that was quite tasty.
