Being as I don't do burgers, yer right.

I throw MEAT on the Q. Big ol' slabs of bloody red MEAT rubbed or marinated. Corn or grass fed beef from a buddy.
Shit I just checked the freezer. Low on venison, elk and friggin buff. Beef is low too. Time to visit my farmin bud or load up
the 45-70.

Plenty of Pork and Tuna though.

I use the buffalo burger for sketti and meatballs.

I use the Q's 6 days a week. Year round. On the 7th day I let the wife ruin something in the kitchen.
I figure I can always eat some jerky. Mmmmm, Jerky. 20 day marinade and 13 hours in the smokehaus.


Now who else knows how to do Hard Boiled Smoked Eggs on the Smoker?
