What's going on here? Light issue? Nutes issue? Temps issue?

Growing three plants. Growth is slow, this is about week 3 now. As you can see the leaves are showing some yellowing and the tips are brown.
Growing using Mars Hydro 300W LEDs.
Temp is approx 28 degrees C

Two are growing in coco, one is growing in compost.

Only started using Fox Farm nutes and started measuring and adjusting PH today (i didnt heave the equipment before). Nutes is the HALF of the recommended on the Fox Farm website.

Within the recommended distance as per the LED manufacturer, and a bit more some.

Any ideas whats going on here? I'm getting different answers online. Im thinking it cant be a nute problem as coco doesn't have any does it?

Those babies are fried. Too much nutes.
