What's going on here?

^^^ This!

I'm willing to wager that there are skunk genetics in OPs plant. Lots of skunk bred strains have been throwing wild variegation. New skunk genetics used in the past couple years maybe?
It's a Bridezilla I got from Greenpoint. I tossed it tho I couldn't risk it

Go do a little reading up on it pretty interesting. If curious. How the tobacco gets it and things like that.
IMHE, I've had that 3 times, I freaked out on the first time and read/bought whatever books i could purchase about horticulture & viruses.

A few things were clear after that, variegated growth can be a phenotypic expression, broad mites can cause the same thing, problems with copper/boron if i remember can also cause similar symptoms.

Plenty of people have had the same exact issue and the ones who actually sent in tissue samples came back negative for TMV and/or have found broad/russets, i remember reading all those threads too so it shouldn't be to hard for you to find.

Growweedeasy is a nice page for newer growers who like to brush through things but sometimes they (and others) aren't 100% accurate, of course they provide no lab testing and saying the ability to leach nutrients (flush) back out of your flower is a red flag.

Got it. Better safe than sorry. If this crop wasn't so important I would risk it. Especially if the buds were gonna look cool
