What's Going oN with my BaBies

Soil is Happy Frog with 25% worm castings mixed in. Used 2 tablespoon per gallon of 4-4-4 and 1 tablespoon per gallon of 2-8-4 organic dry ferts. These are auto flowers and have been sprouted for about a week now.

If it was my plant that would be too much fertilizer too soon. Mixing in worm casings is fine but there is no need for the 2-8-4 in veg. 2-8-4 might benefit the plant after it went 2 or 3 weeks into the flowering stage.
The 4-4-4 could have been used after the plant got a lot bigger. At the pace yours is growing it would be several weeks before food was needed and it would be less than 2 TBL per gallon that would be needed. I can't say what amount would be needed, each case and grow style is different.
I would just carry on with water only for a while.
If you just recently top dressed and the fertilizer is still on the top of the soil I might scrape it off. If you mixed it in the soil before planting the only thing you can do is go water only and hope it is only a minor burn on the leaves that it will grow out of.
Good Luck!

My plan was to water only until about second week of flower and top dress then. Was trying to follow Mr.Cunucks style and see how I did with that. Thanks all.
