Whats going on with these new leafs?

I’ve got them in 1 gallon grow bags now. I’ve been giving them a full 1 litre each with the 20% run off. Also I’ve got old timer bloom and that’s what I’ve fed them (only once as I had to wait to get paid to buy nutes) but also found baby bio original in the garage last night so contemplating putting them on that. Any advice? ML per litre ect?
